Amy Giannotti is a Dietitian, Sports Dietitian, Personal trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Running coach, Athlete and Author of her own E Book’s.
She is also Co-Director of Gymmy Squatz, Yarraville, a group strength and conditioning training studio and half way through her journey to become a Qualified Yoga Teacher.
Eating Fit is her business brand where she consults from her private practice in South Yarra and also online/phone to a variety of clients and athletes with different goals, lifestyles, ages and from various parts of the world! Her specialties include weight management, hypertrophy (muscle gain), eating disorders, allergies and intolerances, vegan/vegetarian eating, pregnancy and sports performance. Many of her clients and athletes travel for work/competition so she ensures she can support them anywhere.
Group education and seminars to corporate, sporting, school and fitness groups are also a large and rewarding part of Amy’s work.
Amy's huge success with athletes and performance and weight management also greatly originates from her own experience as an athlete. Always active in a variety of sports, she has competed at high levels in running and triathlon also making the Australian team for Sprint, Olympic and half ironman distance triathlon and also the Standard Duathlon for her age group.
